Partnership Agreement

By joining the network you become an independent partner of the company. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, agency-of-record or joint-venture relationship beyond the referral and commission terms described here.

Referrer partners introduce clients and build a downline; their transactions are closed and registered under one of the company's licensed agents and the company RERA licence. Licensed partners are those the company has approved and for whom a RERA/BRN has been issued under the company licence, allowing them to transact in their own registered name.

Direct commission splits, recruitment bonuses and multi-level overrides are paid according to the rates published in the platform at the time a deal is approved. Funds appear in your in-app wallet and become withdrawable once released. All amounts are in AED and subject to company approval and applicable deductions.

You agree to act lawfully and ethically, to represent the company accurately, to complete KYC verification when requested, and to comply with UAE and Dubai real-estate regulations (including RERA rules) in all dealings. Misrepresentation, fraud or circumventing the company on introduced business may result in suspension and forfeiture of pending balances.

Company-provided leads remain the property of the company. Listings you submit are reviewed before publication and may be edited or removed. You grant the company the right to display your name, photo and approved listings on company channels.

Either party may end the partnership at any time. Released wallet balances remain payable subject to verification; locked or pending amounts tied to unfulfilled conditions may be voided. Suspension for cause may withhold pending amounts pending review.

Ticking the acceptance box and submitting your application constitutes your electronic signature and agreement to these terms and to the company's privacy practices.
