We collect the information you provide when you register and use the platform: your name, email address, phone and WhatsApp numbers, bank details you save for payouts, KYC and licensing documents you upload, and the leads, listings and deals you record.

Your information is used to operate the platform: verifying your identity, processing commissions and withdrawals, attributing referrals in your network, contacting you about your account and deals, and meeting our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only where the platform requires it — with your upline for network attribution, with counterparties on deals you are part of, with service providers that host and deliver the platform, and with authorities where UAE law or RERA regulation requires it.

Your public agent page and directory listing are optional and controlled from your profile. When enabled, they show the name, photo, bio and contact details you chose to publish. Disabling them removes the pages.

Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure. Access is role-restricted, uploaded documents are served only through authorized, permission-checked routes, and sessions are protected with industry-standard controls.

We keep account and transaction records for as long as needed to run the platform and satisfy legal record-keeping duties. You can update your details from your profile at any time, and you can contact us to ask about, correct or delete personal data we hold about you.

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the platform is used, so we can find problems and make it easier to use. Clarity records how you interact with our pages — clicks, taps, scrolling, mouse movement and the pages you visit — as session replays and heatmaps, together with technical details such as your device, browser and approximate location. It does not record what you type into form fields. This data is collected through first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies.
